Ordering

Osmosis strives for a quick turnaround on customer orders. Making changes to or cancelling orders once they have been received would require that we halt the processing of all orders submitted during that time period thus delaying and negatively impacting other customers. In order to maintain a seamless shipping process, we do not permit any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Orders that are refused delivery will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please ensure we have the correct shipping address and shipping method, and you have confirmed the items ordered checking sizes, quantities, and colors. Please note, all pricing is listed in USD.

  • Osmosis Beauty accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa for payment.
  • All orders may be subject to sales tax.
  • You must contact us with any order issues within 3 business days after order is received.
  • Please note, we begin preparing your order immediately therefore no changes or additions can be made once your order has been placed. If you wish to make a change or addition, a new order must be placed.

Shipping

  • Orders within the contiguous US will ship UPS Ground at no charge. Orders going to AK and HI will ship UPS 2 day for a $20 flat fee. Canadian orders will be charged according to current UPS rates and will include duties.
  • Shipping times and deliveries are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and will be calculated at the time the order is placed. If you placed or are placing your order online and need expedited shipping, please contact Customer Service. For next day shipping, we must have the order placed by 12:00 PM MT.
  • Osmosis Beauty ships within the U.S. and Canada only. Osmosis does not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • You will receive an invoice via email once your order ships with a tracking number.
  • We do not deliver or weekends or holidays.

Returns

  • All returns must be approved by Customer Support within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 3% processing fee for all returns made after 30 days.
  • Only items purchased from Osmosis Beauty can be returned to Osmosis Beauty. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
