Content Manager - Evergreen, CO


POSITION SUMMARY

The Content Manager at Osmosis + Beauty is responsible for developing creative, engaging, and informative content that will bring each of the collections to life via social media, email marketing, and the website/blog. This position drives brand awareness, delivers the character of each collection, and represents the core of the Company through written, visual, and verbal communications both internally and externally.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proposes, writes, and edits engaging content to drive site traffic, inspire conversions, and obtain new followers. Mediums include: email, website, social media, blog, video scripts, press releases, editorials, advertorials, brochures, case studies, direct mail, print ads, internal written communication, etc.
  • Manages monthly and quarterly calendars for social media, email marketing, and promotions for both professional and retail channels; builds and schedules monthly campaigns.
  • Assists in the creation of content for search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Works with the Director of Marketing and Communications to contribute quarterly and seasonal campaign ideas, including promotions, giveaways, contests, etc.
  • Regularly engages with social communities to address mentions and messages in a timely manner; shares placements, answers questions and offers resources.
  • Gathers and analyzes monthly performance metrics for social media and email marketing.
  • Works closely with Brand Manager and Graphic Designers to discuss objectives, implement strategies and measure the success of each project.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; highly proficient in spelling, grammar, proofreading and punctuation (AP style preferred).
  • Proven ability to produce copy that engages, builds relationships, and encourages conversions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and work on multiple tasks with a variety of departments and team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment at all levels within the organization and across other functional areas.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or closely related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in results-driven social media management, from copy to photography.
  • 3-4 years of experience in conceptualizing and building conversion-driven email marketing campaigns.
  • Very strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point software programs. NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Preferred experience in skincare, beauty, and/or wellness industries a plus.

Brand Manager - Evergreen, CO


POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Manager is responsible for cultivating brand strategies for all collections along with developing and managing the education platform for Osmosis +Beauty. This position works in collaboration with product development, marketing, and sales to link all aspects of new products and programs to drive brand awareness. This role is a key asset to the team as it provides resources and education for our professional partners, consumers, and internal network, both online and in person.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates educational copy, promotional packaging concepts, displays, and collateral for all product launches.
  • Supports sales team by developing and executing education marketing deliverables such as brochures, shelf talkers, planograms, and sell sheets.
  • Responsible for new and updated creation of educational content, materials, and delivery of content.
  • Reviews and reports on effectiveness and outcomes of materials, programs, and promotions.
  • Coordinates and hosts educational classes for current and prospective accounts.
  • Acts as the face of each Osmosis +Beauty collection to educate current/prospective accounts, train internal teams, and create core content.
  • Coaches sales staff to achieve their optimum professional development.
  • Coordinates and hosts new hire trainings.
  • Manages overall concept and development of educational videos for professional, consumer, and internal audiences.
  • Strategizes, manages, and hosts educational and creative webinars for professional, consumer, and internal audiences.
  • Assists in executing the educational and creative direction for product/collection presentations, training sheets, new item launch announcements/samples, etc.
  • Manages Company online learning platform for professional accounts.
  • Conducts and analyzes consumer market research for the U.S. market as well as competitive product assessments while sharing insights and needs with required teams.
  • Works closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications on product launch strategies, new innovations, and product updates.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of proofreading ability; uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas, to include proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
  • Ability to maintain highly professional relationships with co-workers, vendors, and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively in terms of problem resolution and development of successful marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or closely related field.
  • 4-5 years of brand/product management experience, preferably in cosmetics/beauty, esthetics, or professional services.
  • 4-5 years of experience as a retail trainer, sales trainer, or brand/product ambassador.
  • Sales, marketing, and/or product development experience in beauty and/or skincare preferred.
